How Frustration Frustrates You More|| Ways to Reduce Frustration and Stress| Psychology Behind Frustration| Overcome Stress

If you came here from google, then definitely you would have browsed tons of articles before this. And if it's the case, then I am sure that you are stressed and are not able to deal with it. Obviously. It's not easy for everyone to get relief from frustration on their own. Frustration and stress are those things of life which we get very often and are most difficult to overcome. But, frustration is a major factor that frustrates you. Let me clear.

How You Get More Frustrated Due to Frustration Only
In back of our mind, we are always stressed when we are conscious. And it's due to our daily routine and work. Now, due to this, even when a small incident happens, that devil (frustration) starts multiplying itself and increases your stress level. It does not stop here only. That multiplying process keeps going on until you are screwed up. And the result is, it gets deflected in your behavior, personality and times when you talk to people. Even while you are chatting online. This can lead to many big problems because when you are frustrated, even you don't know what you are saying and what you are going to do with the next person.

How to control it?

Now here comes the part for which you were waiting and most probably jumped the whole article just to read this. So, I know that you all are aware of things like doing breathing exercises, meditation, talking to someone, etc. because these are those points which are spread all over the internet and you read the same things multiple times from different websites. They too are helpful for short term and things like meditation for long term too. But it needs to be understood that fixing this problem in short term is the worst idea. To be out of this you need time because best things only happens when they takes time.
Anyways, the most important thing here is to change the way you thinks. Just go analytical, simple. Most of the people have a habit to look a situation only from one perspective. Looking at things from different perspectives (or we can say angle) solves more than half of the problems. Always trying to be cool (internally, not for showing-off), and changing the mindset in the above way really works like a magical bullet.
However, just like nothing is constant in this universe, this is also not any universal remedy. But this is the best thing that will ever help not only in dealing with stress, but in nearly each and every situation in life. But remember, you can't always handle stress until and unless you become like Gautama Buddha.

Stress in not what happens to us. It's our response to what happened. And our response is something we can choose.

Thanks a lot for reading.
